Bell Permitting is not a government agency or authority having jurisdiction (AHJ). The applicable AHJ makes the decisions about permit requirements, fees, review, approval, and issuance.

Government and AHJ fees are separate from Bell Permitting’s service fees. Permit fee, service price, and turnaround information shown by the estimator is preliminary and may change based on AHJ determination, project scope, valuation, plan review, corrections, outside-agency requirements, or other factors.

Bell Permitting does not guarantee permit approval or any AHJ processing, review, issuance, or completion date. AHJ requirements and timing can change, and projects may require additional information, corrections, or outside-agency review.
